REFUND POLICY
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, contact us at within 14 days of delivery with your order number and intention to return. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrectly sent. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately — no questions asked.
Wrong Item
Contact us within 48 hours. We will send the correct item at no cost to you.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method. You will typically see the credit reflected within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
