Standard shipping
Lower cost. Orders arrive within the times listed below.

Express shipping
Faster delivery at a higher cost. Orders arrive within 2-3 business days from the order date.

Estimated delivery times (from order date)

  • Germany, France, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark and most EU: Standard 5-8 business days / Express 2-3 business days
  • United Kingdom: Standard 5-9 business days / Express 2-3 business days
  • Spain, Italy, Portugal, Ireland: Standard 9-11 business days / Express 2-3 business days
  • United States: Standard 3-7 business days

All times include 1-2 business days for order preparation. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier capacity, or public holidays.

Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Where we ship

  • EU: mainland addresses only
  • UK: mainland only, no Channel Islands or Isle of Man
  • US: continental US only, no Hawaii, Alaska, or territories

We cannot ship to islands, overseas territories, or addresses using mail forwarding services.

Phone number
Required at checkout. For EU shipments it must be a valid local number from the destination country. Orders with a missing or incorrect number may be delayed.

Order tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs and import duties

  • EU orders: no customs duties within the EU single market.
  • UK orders: import duties may apply post-Brexit and are the buyer's responsibility.
  • US orders: import duties may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.

Free shipping details
Free standard shipping is included on all orders over €60: on orders up to 10 kg within the EU, and up to 5 kg to the United Kingdom. This covers all normal orders. For larger or heavier orders, standard shipping is calculated automatically at checkout. Express shipping is available on every order as a paid upgrade.
