2. Regulatory compliance All NUDA products comply with EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 and are notified in the CPNP and UK cosmetic portals. Our formulas meet safety standards required in the EU, UK, and USA. Products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free.
3. Product standards All products are formulated with certified sustainable ingredients and carry ECOCERT COSMOS certification, as detailed on each product page. Due to natural botanical extraction methods, trace process-related compounds may be present. Always refer to the INCI ingredient list for allergen information.
4. Orders and cancellations Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is accepted. EU and UK consumers retain their statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law regardless of order status.
5. Age Our products are designed for adult use. We do not recommend use on children under 12. By using this site you confirm you are of legal age in your country.
6. Geographic restrictions We ship to mainland EU member states, mainland UK, and continental USA only. Orders from other regions are subject to cancellation and full refund.
7. Accuracy NUDA is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer. Prices are subject to change without notice.
8. Intellectual property All content on nudahair.com — text, images, logos, design — belongs to Víctor Púa Vivó trading as NUDA. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
9. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
10. Consumer rights Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under EU or UK law, including your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
11. Governing law These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Barcelona, Spain. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
