Do volumizing shampoos actually work on fine hair?
They work by lifting residue away from the root and skipping the heavy conditioning agents that flatten fine hair. Bloom Bath leans on Chanterelle mushroom extract, hydrolysed keratin and caffeine to give the strand body from the inside, and rinses clean so nothing is left sitting on the root. How often should you wash fine hair?
Fine hair often looks better washed every one to two days, because sebum travels down a fine shaft quickly and flattens the root. Washing frequently is not damaging as long as the shampoo is not stripping and you condition the mid lengths and ends.
Does this shampoo dry out your hair?
It is formulated to clean without the tightness many volumizing shampoos leave behind, using glycerin, Sodium PCA and PCA Glyceryl Oleate alongside the cleansing agents. Pair it with a conditioner on the mid lengths and ends rather than the roots.
Where should you apply conditioner if you have fine hair?
From the mid lengths down, never on the scalp or roots. Conditioner at the root is the most common reason fine hair goes flat within hours. Rinse thoroughly.
Is this shampoo certified?
